The CLEANHYPRO consortium successfully concluded its M24 Consortium Meeting on November 27–28, 2025, hosted by Fraunhofer IFAM in Dresden, Germany. As always, it was crucial for the people who collaborate to come together in person to discuss their work, coordinate efforts, and address challenges face-to-face. The meeting served as a crucial strategic checkpoint, confirming progress in validation activities and aligning the project’s future development paths, particularly as several key work packages transition or ramp up.
Reviewing Pilot Lines and Validation
The meeting began with an overview of WP1 (Upgrade of Pilot Lines), featuring updates on PL4, PL5, and PL6. This was followed by a comprehensive review of WP3 (Validation of OITB facilities), including detailed reports on Showcases 1, 2, 3, and 4. Technical sessions also covered updates on T3.5 (Testing Protocols and Certification) and T3.6 (LCA and Circularity).

Strategic Planning for the Future
The second day focused entirely on strategic planning for the second half of the project:
-
WP4 (Open Calls): The team reviewed Task 4.1 (Open Call Preparation), ensuring all mechanisms were in place as the first wave deadline approaches.
-
WP5 (Sustainability Planning): Discussions confirmed initial steps for WP5, which focuses on long-term sustainability and customer relationship management.
-
WP6 & WP7 (Management): Key updates were provided on WP6 (Dissemination) and WP7 (Coordination and Management), followed by a formal Steering Committee meeting to finalise next steps towards Month 30.
The meeting confirmed the strong progress and cohesion of the consortium, laying a clear roadmap for validation and sustainability as the project moves forward.
