How to Apply

Step 1

Check your Eligibility

Please consult our Guidelines for Applicants to verify your eligibility profile, and review the updated Catalogue of Services to ensure your project proposal aligns with our available pilot lines and objectives.

Step 2

Prepare Your Proposal

Download the official Proposal Template from our resources section and prepare your technical project text accordingly.

Step 3

Submit via F6S

Once completed, log into the F6S Platform to complete the online application form and upload your final project proposal in PDF format. Ensure you submit everything before the final closing deadline on 23rd October, 2026 (17:00 Brussels time).

Step 4

Await Confirmation

A formal confirmation email will be sent to you automatically upon a successful platform submission. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support desk immediately (info@cleanhypro.eu).

Step 5

Evaluation process

All eligible applications will enter a rigorous evaluation cycle after the call closes. Applicants will be notified of their final evaluation status within four weeks, with official results expected in mid-November 2026.

Step 6

Project Kick-off if Selected

Winning projects will be introduced directly to a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to co-develop a tailored, fully funded service delivery plan and initiate the service.

Preparing you application

You will need to to create a new profile by following these steps:

  • Go to the F6S main page and in you will see the Join box
  • Continue with Google, if you want to register with your Google account
  • Continue with email, if you would like to register with an email account
  • Then, a new page will open asking you to add your name, surname, email address and password
  • When applying to the Call, if user is not registered, the link usually redirects to the registration page

Yes, you can resubmit your application in the F6S platform provided the call deadline has not expired. Only the last version of your proposal before the call deadline will be considered for evaluation. For this purpose, you are required to send an email to support@f6s.com requesting to reopen your application.  Nonetheless, we highly recommend you carefully revise your proposal before submitting it.

No. At the application stage, you only need to confirm that you have reviewed and understood the DCA, available in the Guidelines for Applicants. The DCA will only be signed by the selected beneficiaries after the evaluation process.

Yes. As long as the total set of activities does not exceed the maximum support available per company (€150,000), applicants may apply for multiple services. The final selection and combination of services will be defined once the applicant has been selected. This final package will then be formalised in the DEMOCASE agreement.

After applying

Applications will be reviewed and evaluated, and you will receive an email from us 4 weeks after the call closes. The 2nd wave results are expected in mid-November 2026.

Yes, all applicants will receive an email with their evaluation report.

Your project will be assigned a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) from members of the consortium. With the SDM you will be able to co-create a Service Delivery Plan (SDP) before the start date of your project. In this period the DCA will also be signed.
